Posey Precision Education, LLC invites Mississippi school and district administrators to participate in a free, seven-day pilot of the PACE Calculator, a web-based planning tool that helps educational leaders determine whether available administrative time can accommodate teacher observations, feedback, and follow-up responsibilities.
The PACE Calculator originated as a doctoral capstone project at Mississippi State University. The project was reviewed and approved by the doctoral capstone committee as a relevant response to the challenges of administrative capacity and teacher evaluation. The tool has since been further developed for practical use by school and district leaders.
During the pilot, administrators can explore staffing and scheduling scenarios, identify potential capacity gaps, and provide feedback through a brief three-question form. No credit card is required. The first 30 eligible participants whose feedback is approved will receive one year of complimentary access; this offer is not guaranteed by registration or feedback submission alone.
