The University of Mississippi Principal Corps is offering professional development opportunities for principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches, and district leaders across Mississippi. Each session is a two-day professional development experience, costs $250, and provides 10 SEMIs or 1 OSL.
Instructional Leadership for School Improvement and Turnaround
This two-day session will help school leaders strengthen their capacity to use data, improve curriculum and instruction, monitor progress toward meaningful goals, reflect on current practices, and engage in collaborative problem-solving.

This two-day session focuses on helping school leaders develop meaningful feedback, use practical tools to support teachers, strengthen instructional practices, promote teacher growth, and build a stronger school culture.
