School districts that have not submitted documents to MDE SharePoint Sites need to submit all documentation by Friday, October 1, 2021. Additionally, all Suicide Prevention/Bullying Training Certification forms from previous years (17-18, 18-19, 19-20) should be uploaded to SharePoint as well.

All documentation should be uploaded to the updated SharePoint site. You will need to follow the instructions provided in the Suicide Prevention Policy Submission Process Guidebook.
The refresher curriculums approved by the Mississippi Department of Mental Health are listed in Improving the Mental Health of Mississippi’s Children and Youth.
You may use a single Suicide Prevention/Bullying Training Certification Form to submit documentation for multiple years.
Please note: Beginning school year 2021-2022, the Suicide Prevention/Bullying Training Certification Form must be submitted by April 1st. If April 1st falls on a weekend, documentation is due the following business day.
