The Mississippi Department of Education Office of Curriculum and Instruction invites you to join host Al Wheat, Director of K12 Social Studies, for the second episode of The Primary Source webinar series at 4-5 p.m. Sept. 15.
For September, Wheat will be joined by William “Brother” Rogers, retired Division Director and historian from the Mississippi Department of Archives and History, to discuss the Marquis du Lafayette and his return to the United States and Mississippi after the Civil War. After the presentation, there will be time for a Q&A with the presenter.
This is the second episode of a five-part series where teachers will be eligible to receive 0.5 CEUs.
