Mississippi Industries for the Blind is a state agency that school districts can contact to procure cleaning products and other supplies. According to Miss. Code Ann. ยง 31-7-13 (m) (xxiv), purchases made by state agencies or governing authorities involving any item that is manufactured, processed or produced by the Mississippi Industries for the Blind are excepted from bidding requirements.
