To maintain the safety of MDE staff and to better serve education stakeholders, the Educator Licensure Call Center will reopen on an abbreviated schedule with a limited number of staff to respond to licensure needs. Beginning May 12, 2020, the Educator Licensure Call Center will be open every Tuesday and Thursday between the hours 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. until further notice. Due to the anticipated high volume of calls, we encourage you to continue visit the Educator Licensure section of mdek12.org/covid19 and mdek12.org/licensure before calling the office or emailing questions to the teachersuppoort@mdek12.org email address. Answers to most questions we receive are addressed on those webpages.
