Natchez Trace Parkway Park staff can visit classroom, or entire classes can visit the Parkway. Funding is available to pay for public school buses, bus drivers, and substitute teachers making field trips free!
This Education Program Resources sheet for teachers describes the offerings in various subjects. The Skins and Skulls program, where students are allowed to touch real animal fur and learn about mammals, is the most popular.
