Districts must submit suicide prevention documentation by April 5

Please be reminded that all school districts must submit the Mental Health Assurance Form to suicidementalhealth@mdek12.org no later than Friday, April 5, 2024. If your district conducted suicide prevention training in the previous school year (2022-23) but did not conduct training this year (2023-24), the Mental Health Assurance Form should still be submitted.
