As summer school begins statewide, the Mississippi Department of Education and PAPER would like to introduce six Customer Success Managers (CSM) who will provide additional outreach and support to school and district leadership teams.
Each CSM is assigned to a particular region of the state to provide individualized, in-person and/or virtual services. CSMs are also available to provide assistance to interested stakeholders in the region through Sept. 30, 2024.
As a result of a multi-year contract awarded to PAPER during the February 2022 State Board of Education meeting, grades 3-12 students in participating Mississippi public schools have continued access to free, live, and on-demand tutoring in ELA and Mathematics, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
