APA Notice – Public comments sought on repeal regarding subject area testing program appeals process

On March 17, 2022, the State Board of Education (SBE) granted approval to begin the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) process to repeal the following:

The recommendation is to repeal Title 7, Part 3, Chapter 78, Rule 78.10

Subject Area Testing Program Appeals Process which is no longer applicable due to online test administration.

All public comments must be received in the Office of Accreditation no later than 5 p.m. April 11, 2022.  APA comments will be presented to the SBE April 21, 2022.
