APA Notice – Public comments sought on proposed repeal regarding transportation management of students with disabilities

On March 17, 2022, the State Board of Education (SBE) granted approval to begin the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) process to repeal the following:

The recommendation is to repeal Title 7, Part 3, Chapter 81, Rule 81.8.

Transportation management of students with disabilities which is a duplicate of Title 7, Part 3, Chapter 74, Rule 74.6.

All public comments must be received in the Office of Accreditation no later than 5 p.m. April 11, 2022.  APA comments will be presented to the SBE on April 21, 2022.
