The Mississippi Department of Education Office of Special Education offers deep-dive training on the new Special Education Teacher Growth Rubric. The training is designed for leaders who will be conducting observations to build knowledge of the initiatives in special education reflected in the rubric and ways that they can support the growth of special education teachers in all educational settings using the rubric.
