A professional learning opportunity for administrators and teachers titled Building An Inclusive Environment: Providing Teachers with Tools to Help Students with Disabilities Succeed in the General Ed Classroom is planned for May and June.
Do you and your colleagues struggle to meet the needs of each and every learner in general education environments? Is your school targeted for school improvement due to your students with disabilities subgroup? If you answered “yes” to either question, then this session is for you.
Teachers and administrators will explore how to build inclusive environments where students with disabilities aren’t only present but belong and thrive. Facilitators will provide practical tools and strategies teachers and administrators can use immediately to not only include in the classroom, but actually meet the needs of diverse learners in the general education classroom.
This professional learning opportunity will be offered throughout the state in May and June. Register here.
