Introducing a free way to reward hardworking elementary school students throughout the State of Mississippi!
The Stars of Honor Academic program is partnering with Mississippi State Athletics and Southern Miss Athletics to provide complimentary tickets to college sporting event for K-5 students chosen to win the Stars of Honor award by their elementary schools. Elementary schools around Mississippi should email Trevor Taylor by May 19 at trevor@starsofhonor.com to indicate their willingness to participate.
Schools are asked to select student winners of the award because of their hard work in the classroom, kindness to others, and commitment to leading healthy lifestyles. The Stars of Honor program does not cost schools or families anything- instead, it is designed to be a free way for schools to incentivize students to work hard and be good to others.
WHAT: Stars of Honor Academic Program!
Participating elementary schools will have a chance to select their top “Stars of Honor ” in grades K-5 to receive free tickets for the students and their families to attend a designated college sporting event at the Mississippi State University or the University of Southern Mississippi. At their special game, students will receive a certificate to commemorate their achievement, have opportunities to take fun photographs, and will also be invited to stand in their seats to receive an ovation from the crowd as everyone celebrates their selection as Stars of Honor.
