While every district is planning for restart, given consideration to community desires and health of students and staff, some districts are planning more extensively to be ready for all possible scenarios. To support district leaders and local board members in understanding the range of plans emerging across Mississippi and some of the trends in the key elements of plans that are allowing communities to be prepared, we will host a series of webinars coordinated with input from a group of superintendents and facilitated by our planning partner, Instruction Partners. These webinars are designed to do several things:
- share trends in plans for each scenario
- share best practices from within Mississippi
- share trends and best practices from across the country on how to address all scenarios. Over time we will also share trends in updates for plans and how districts are supporting continuous academic improvement across scenarios.
