Mississippi College will host the Principals’ Institute May 31 – June 5. This year’s institute features an exceptional lineup of nationally recognized educational leaders, including Baruti Kafele, Salome Thomas (Principal EL), and Dr. Stephen Barkley. Together, they will lead powerful conversations and practical professional sessions designed to inspire, equip, and strengthen today’s educational leaders.
The 2026 PSI theme, “Servant Leadership Summit,” centers on developing leaders who lead with purpose, integrity, and impact which fosters positive school cultures and sustainable change. The Institute offers administrators 30 SEMI credits for Career Level or 3 OSL credits for those needing to obtain their Career Level license.
