The Program of Research and Evaluation for Public Schools (PREPS, Inc.), Mississippi’s only statewide educational consortium, is excited to announce the 2017 Value Added Award recipients. Value Added Awards recognize schools that have exhibited exemplary growth for the 2015-2016 school year.
Awards given to the 9th-12th grade schools recognize outstanding performance on Mississippi’s subject area tests (SATP2) which include Algebra I, English II, U.S. History, and Biology I. A reception for award winners will be held February 28 from 5:15 p.m. – 8 p.m. with the awards presented March 2 at 9:45 a.m. -11 a.m. at the Jackson Hilton during the 2017 Mississippi Education Partnership Conference which celebrates collaborations in schools.
