New Data Map Feature Added to Mississippi Succeeds Report Card

The Mississippi Department of Education added a new data map feature to the Mississippi Succeeds Report Card that compares school and district performance across the state.

The interactive data map includes three years’ worth of data, from 2015-16 through the 2017-18, for measures including student proficiency, graduation rate, and college and career readiness. The data map provides a visual representation of state, district, and school-level data.

Launched in October 2018, the Mississippi Succeeds Report Card contains detailed information about each school and district’s academic performance, including how well students performed on state tests and their academic growth from one year to the next. The additional information available today is the latest of the planned enhancements to the online report card.
