Natchez Trace Parkway has in-person field trips, classroom programs, virtual programs, and self-guided curriculum-based programs for all grades as well as “Read with a Ranger” programs for grades K-3. There are no fees for the education programs.

This year Natchez Trace Parkway is also offering the updated fire ecology program: Open Understory. This a program where students have the opportunity for a hands-on experience with the tools used in the effective management of wildland fires on public lands.
Education programs are only offered on Wednesdays during the school week this year, so be sure to sign up soon to save a spot.
