NASA Mississippi Space Grant Consortium Annual Teachers Conference set for Jan. 7-8

 

NASA Mississippi Space Grant Consortium, in partnership with the Center for Mathematics and Science Education (CMSE), is hosting the 2022 Annual Teachers Conference. This conference is designed for math and science middle school teachers and provides them opportunities to engage in mathematics and science professional development sessions and activities. This conference is facilitated by NASA Aerospace Education Specialists and the Center for Mathematics and Science Education.

All middle school math and science teachers in Mississippi are invited to attend the 2022 Annual Teachers Conference. Teachers who are seeking to attend the conference for the first time will have priority. Conference attendees will be eligible for a $75 stipend, as well as 1.2 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for completion of the entire conference. Teachers who do not complete all components of the conference will be ineligible to receive the completion certificate, the 1.2 CEUs, or the stipend payment.

Location: The Inn at Ole Miss on the campus of University of Mississippi

Registration Fee: $50 includes CEUs
