The Mississippi Artificial Intelligence Network (MAIN) is offering Mississippi educators the Intro to GenAI (K-12) no-cost course. In addition to building practical knowledge of generative AI, participants may earn up to 6.4 CEUs at no cost. The deadline to sign up is June 15.

Since launching this opportunity on January 1, more than 1,000 K-12 educators have enrolled. Last year, more than 3,000 K-12 educators across Mississippi also participated in MAIN’s Intro to AI course.
A few key details are below:
- Self-paced and fully online
- No prerequisites, deadlines, or long-term commitments
- Up to 6.4 CEUs available at no cost
- Enrollment remains open throughout the current academic year
- Includes ready-to-use lesson plans and objectives that support classroom integration
- Course sign-up closes June 15, the course closes June 30, and CEU requests must be submitted by June 22
