At the Business Manager’s Update Meeting on June 25 and at the School Financial Services session at MASS, Business Managers were informed of two additional reporting requirements for FY2020. Districts should submit to the MDE Office of School Financial Services their board approved annual budgets (combined and combining) and the statement of fund balances for all funds and the cash flow report for Fund 1120 for month ending June. Business Managers were provided the dates and locations to provide this information, and they also were emailed a copy of the presentation.
