High Dosage Tutoring for Students-RFP Deadline is Dec. 1

The Mississippi Department of Education (MDE), through the Office of Academic Education, has published four Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit offers from qualified vendors to provide high dosage tutoring for students in Mississippi public schools in the following areas:

  • Grades K-2 English Language Arts
  • Grades K-2 Mathematics
  • Grades 3-12 English Language Arts
  • Grades 3-12 Mathematics

Deadline for submissions from qualified vendors is 2 p.m. Dec. 1.

The successful offeror(s) shall be able to offer tutoring for students in-person and/or virtually.  In addition, a series of other requirements and deliverables are listed in each RFP to meet the needs of students across the state.   Each RFP is located on the MDE Public Notices page located here.

Since these are published RFPs, MDE staff cannot answer any questions.  If you do have questions, they must be submitted via email to Dr. Marla Davis (mdavis@mdek12.org) by 5 p.m. Nov. 22. All questions and their responses will be posted on the MDE Public Notices page with each RFP by 5 p.m. Nov. 24.

Interested vendors are encouraged to attend a voluntary virtual Pre-Proposal Conference at 1 p.m. Nov. 19.  Registration and participation are free.
