Local educational agencies must work in partnership with a nonprofit or nongovernmental organization to implement programs to prevent human trafficking victimization through the provision of skills-based human trafficking training and education for school staff and students as addressed in the Frederik Douglass Trafficking Victims Prevention and Protection Reauthorization of 2018.
