The Southern Regional Education Board (SREB) is pleased to announce additional training opportunities for Mississippi teachers that were unable to attend the July 2021 trainings hosted by the Mississippi Department of Education (MDE).
This training is available for any 12th grade teacher that meets all 3 requirements below:
· Will be teaching either course this school year (2021-2022),
· Has not attended a training in the past, and
· Holds a standard, valid 154 (Grades 7-12, Mathematics) or 119 (7-12, English) license prior to attending the training.
Training will occur via ZOOM on December 3, 10, and 17 (Times: TBD). Teachers must attend all three (3) sessions in order to fulfill the certification requirements for their 900-level endorsement and receive credit for the training. The cost of the training is $600 per teacher.
