Advanced Placement coordinators should be aware of two important January deadlines in addition to other reminders and resources available.
UPCOMING DEADLINES
Jan. 18 – The deadline for SSD coordinators to submit requests for accommodations for students with disabilities is Jan. 18. If requests are submitted after this date, there’s no guarantee accommodations will be approved or appropriate exam materials will be shipped in time for the exam administration.
Jan. 31 – The deadline for teachers and AP Course Audit administrators to complete course audit process for 2022-23 is Jan. 31. The school’s AP Course Audit administrator must renew previously authorized courses by Jan. 31, in order for teachers to maintain AP Classroom access for the 2022-23 school year, to have access to online score reporting for the 2023 AP Exam administration, and to access AP Classroom in 2023-24.
March 15 – The deadline to submit new exam order and any changes to your fall exam order in APRO is March 15. If you’d like to switch any of your existing exam orders from paper and pencil to digital AP exams (or even back to paper and pencil), you can do so up until March 15. No additional fees apply.
