On September 24, 2020, a memorandum and corresponding attachments were sent to all superintendents via the Listserv from the Office of Safe and Orderly Schools regarding school district boundary updates for the Annotation Phase of the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2021 School District Review Program (SDRP). The SDRP is of vital importance to the allocation of Title I funds.
In order to comply with the Census Bureau’s deadline schedule, please provide the Office of Safe and Orderly Schools with any revisions and/or corrections no later than December 4, 2020. Please submit this information electronically to censusbureau@mdek12.org. If revisions and/or corrections are unnecessary during this cycle, the district must confirm via e-mail to censusburea@mdek12.org that all of the above mentioned information is true and accurate.
Please note this request does not apply to the following schools: Mississippi Schools for the Blind and the Deaf, Mississippi School of the Arts, Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science, Coahoma Early College High School, and Forrest County Agricultural High School.
