What’s the difference between “research-based” and “evidence-based?”

  • Distinguish between the four tiers of evidence as defined by ESSA and explain why those differences are important.
  • Use the “Rigor, Relevance, Reward” framework to consider good-fit interventions for your school/district.Join Zoom Meeting Passcode: 413785
  • Where do you find evidence for interventions? How should you interpret evidence that is provided by companies and vendors? Once you’ve found a few interventions with good evidence-bases, how do you choose between them? In Part Two of the “Evidence-Based Interventions for ESSA” series, you will:
  • Time: October 23, 2020 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM Central Time (US and Canada)
