The MDE’s Office of Special Education and Office of Professional Development are announcing this a one-day, in-person conference for K-12 teachers that will highlight high-leverage practices (HLPs) that all teachers can use to help all students thrive. Session topics included the following: Co-planning, co-teaching, building relationships, checking for understanding, problem solving, roles and responsibilities, norms and routines, establishing effective groups, collaborating for students’ success and more.
