During its regularly scheduled board meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2024, the Mississippi State Board of Education (SBE) approved an extension of contracted services that were procured during the COVID-19 pandemic to support students, educators, administrators, and parents. As a result of remaining ESSER funds, the Mississippi Department of Education (MDE) will continue to provide the previously contracted services and supports outlined below.
