All students in grades 3-12 are invited to participate in PAPER’s first-ever Pre-Assessment “Donut” Forget Challenge to win a donut party for their class.
Through its partnership with the Mississippi Department of Education (MDE), PAPER continues to provide all grades 3-12 students in participating school districts with free, 24/7 on-demand tutoring, in English Language Arts and mathematics.
For students to take part in this exciting new challenge, there are just two easy steps that must be completed between Oct. 3-14.
Students must do the following:
- Complete the quick pre-assessment survey using their log-in credentials on the PAPER platform. The survey asks questions about study skills and is aligned to the MS CCRS SEL standards.
- Log-in to PAPER and participate in a tutor session -or- upload an essay to the Review Center.
The overall goal of this “fun challenge” is to examine one aspect of the preliminary impact of PAPER on student study skills.
The elementary, middle, and high school class with the highest number of students – in each of the six regions of the state – that complete the two steps above, will win a donut party for their class!
The MDE encourages participating districts to contact their PAPER Customer Success Manager (CSM) with any additional questions they may have.
Please feel free to share and post the attached flyer within your school/district over the next few weeks.
