Customer Success Managers to provide fall outreach, support for on-demand tutoring with PAPER

As back-to-school launches statewide, Customer Success Managers (CSMs) at PAPER will provide additional outreach and support this fall to participating districts and charter schools as they continue to implement free, 24/7, on-demand tutoring in ELA and Math, grades 3-12. Those interested are advised to contact PAPER CSMs by Friday, Aug. 12.

Each CSM is assigned to a particular region of the state to provide individualized, in-person and/or virtual services to schools and districts. CSMs are also reaching out to participating districts to schedule a back-to-school meeting to discuss local-level professional development needs and supports for parents, students, and educators.

Now is the time to make a district/school plan to ensure all students have the academic support they may need in ELA and math this school year.

Tutorial services are available in several languages (e.g., English, French, Mandarin, Spanish and Arabic) before, during, and after school and on weekends.  There are no time restrictions/limitations on tutoring sessions.
