Registration is now open for a free Tech Camp Super Saturday on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2021, hosted by the Pascagoula-Gautier School District. This one-day event will be held virtually so teachers can learn about resources and skills to take back to the classroom to use for the second semester from the comfort of their own homes.
Educators will have the opportunity to join more than 10 sessions facilitated by fellow educators and vendors. The PGSD is partnering with William Carey University to offer 0.7 CEUs for this event. Because this is hosted virtually, the conversation and access to training videos will remain open through the end of January.
Eva Harvell, PGSD director of technology, “We want to provide more technology resources to help teachers navigate through the second semester during this pandemic. Our goal from 2015 has not changed. PGSD wants to provide Mississippi school districts with superior technology training opportunities. We are all in this together!”
