The Call for Proposals is now open for the 2026 Metro-Math Conference, to be held June 23–24, at Northwest Rankin High School.
This year’s conference theme, Cleared for Takeoff: Elevating Instruction Together, reflects shared commitment to strengthening math instruction through collaboration, thoughtful practice, and meaningful learning experiences for students. Math teachers, special education teachers, instructional coaches, administrators, curriculum personnel, and education partners at the district and state level are invited to consider sharing what is working in classrooms, schools, and systems.
If you have a strategy, practice, tool, or perspective that would benefit math professionals, we encourage you to submit a proposal. Sessions are 70 minutes long and should be designed to actively engage participants while supporting effective mathematics instruction.
