Federal Student Aid has delayed opening the 2024-2025 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
What does this mean for high school seniors? Seniors cannot “start” the FAFSA application until it officially opens in December, but an official date has not been released.
What can students do? They can make their Federal Student ID (FSA ID) now. They can also complete the MS Aid Application (MAAPP) on October 1 as normal.
