Additional Notes:

  • For information on how graduation rates are calculated, please refer to the attached Graduation Rates Guidance document and the USED 2017 ACGR Guidance
  • Districts should have entered and verified student-level data in MSIS prior to the summer activity deadline on October 27, 2020.  This review is not an opportunity to change student records that have been certified in MSIS.
  • You must be logged in to SharePoint at the Superintendent access level in order to access the files.
  • If you have problems logging into SharePoint, contact the OTSS helpdesk at MDENET@mdek12.org.

Districts will have until 5:00 p.m., Thursday, March 4, 2021 to communicate any questions or concerns regarding graduation rate calculations to the MDE before final reports are compiled for public release at the March 18, 2021 State Board of Education meeting.  If you have questions or concerns regarding the calculation of graduation rates or the posted files, please contact Cody Shumaker at cshumaker@mdek12.org for further assistance.
