Administrative Procedures Act (APA) Notice: Optional Graduation Requirements for Students Displaced by a Federally or Nationally Declared Natural Disaster

A new Administrative Procedures Act (APA) Notice for the Office of Accreditation and Office of Secondary Education has been posted to the MDE APA webpage.  the APA notice pertains to  the State Board Policy Part 3, Chapter 36, Rule 36.6: Optional Graduation Requirements for Students Displaced by a Federally or Nationally Declared Natural Disaster.All public comments must be received in the Office of Accreditation no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 10, 2019.  APA Comments will be presented to the SBE on June 13, 2019.  The link to this webpage is https://www.mdek12.org/PN/APA
